Who is responsible if the machine breaks down? +
WataBox is. Our service agreement includes full maintenance and repair coverage. Your team is never on the hook for the machine.
Will it affect our property aesthetics? +
Quite the opposite. WataBox machines are designed with sleek, modern exteriors, available in custom finishes, with backlighting that enhances common areas.
What about water quality and safety? +
Our machines use 8 multi-stage filtration β€” including sediment, activated carbon, RO and UV. All machines are regularly sanitized and certified to meet potable water standards.
Do residents have to pay for water? +
Yes β€” residents pay a small, affordable per-litre fee directly at the machine (cash or WataBox card). This is far cheaper than bottled water, and your property never handles any payments.
